    New Student Enrollment Grades TK-5 Centralized Registration

    CENTRALIZED ENROLLMENT

    Mt. Diablo Unified School District is introducing a Centralized Enrollment process to simplify enrollment across the district.

    Starting April 10, 2023, all students enrolling in the District in grades TK-8 will enroll at the Enrollment Center. 

    Starting July 1, 2023, all students enrolling in the District will enroll at the Enrollment Center. 

    The Enrollment Center is MDUSD's one stop for the following functions:

    • Alternative Education Transfers (credit recovery)
    • Change of Address 
    • Enrollment
      • Currently enrolling TK for the 22-23 school year. All other grade levels will be served at their school of residence for the the current school year
      • TK and Kindergarten enrollment for the 23-24 school year
    • Transfers (Inter/Intradistrict)
    • Unassigned Area Placements

     

    CURRENT (22-23) YEAR REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR GRADES TK-8

    Beginning April 10, 2023 students GRADES TK-8 enrolling for the CURRENT (22-23 school year) can enroll through the Enrollment Center DAILY from 8:30-4:00 pm (closed 12:30-1:15 pm for lunch). Please see below for special times, locations, and closures.

       

    23-24 YEAR REGISTRATION FOR GRADES TK-8

    Beginning April 10, 2023 students GRADES TK-8 enrolling for the 23-24 school year can pre-enroll through the Enrollment Center: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30-4:00 pm (closed 12:30-1:15 for lunch). Please see below for special times, locations, and closures.

    1026 Mohr Ln Location will be open until 6:30 pm on:

    • Friday, April 14, 2023
    • Friday, April 21, 2023
    • Friday, April 28, 2023
    • Friday, May 5, 2023
    • Friday, June 2, 2023
    • every Friday in July

    235 Pacifica Ave Location will be open for Bay Point/Pittsburg families from 9:00-6:00pm (closed 12:30-1:30 for lunch) on:

    • Monday, April 17, 2023
    • Monday, April 24, 2023
    • Monday, May 8, 2023
    • Monday, May 22, 2023
    • Monday, June 21, 2023

    The Enrollment Center will be closed on the following dates:

    • March 31 - April 7 (Spring Break)
    • May 29 (Memorial Day)
